Case Study Simple Customer Facing Website
Background
Plumbing customer needed a website that was simple to control and update, but did not want to give up in terms of style or function. As a side note, they also wanted it to include internal tools for parts ordering and office notes, passwords and web links.
Challenge
Often the more custom a site is the more it costs, also customization can make a site difficult to update or difficult to maintain.
Solution
FocusFire created a customer facing website, and an easy to remember subdomain for employees. This setup ran off of their existing authentication so employees did not need additional passwords, or usernames.
Implementation
Representatives from FocusFire were on-site taking photos for the customer facing website, and guiding the employees through using the internal tools. This ensured that the developed tooling worked at each step and allowed for fixes and updates to take place quickly and efficiently.
Results
The website was a success and was delivered in such a way that the customer could update it themselves. After working with FocusFire, customer chose to pursue marketing via FocusFire and went on to gross their largest year yet.
